Our Professionally printed Plastic / PVC ID Cards are perfect for Staff ID, Students, Teachers, Loyalty Club Members, Visitors, Contractors, Business Cards and more!

All cards will be printed in colour at no extra charge.

THIS SERVICE IS FOR PRINTING ONLY (NO DESIGN SERVICE INCLUDED)

You can choose to have the card:

• Printed on One or Both Sides
• Printed with a Secure Watermark
• Encoded with data using a Magnetic Stripe
• Printed onto a MIFARE® Card*
• Printed onto a Slot Punched Card.

* - The MIFARE® cards are 860 microns thick. The cards are encoded with a unique number. We do not provide any other encoding for MIFARE® cards.

After ordering, we will send you our instructional email via eBay messaging. This will include our email address for you to send your design and/or files to. You can also include a link to your design in the order notes. Please do not send your design via eBay messaging. The quality is reduced due to file compression.

Your design must be in these dimensions:

• 1087 x 709 pixels
• 92 x 60mm
• 3.62 x 2.36"

This size includes 3mm of bleed area around all edges of the card.  The bleed will be removed during print to leave the size as 86 x 54mm (ISO Credit Card Sized).

Please ensure you leave sufficient bleed space. Your design may be cut off if your design is too close to the edge.

We highly recommend that your design is at least 300 Pixels per Inch. Please ensure that files are saved in CMYK colour mode and send the files in the highest possible quality (preferably Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop format).

Due to the printing method, if you have a coloured background, the edges of the card will appear white. If you have a coloured background, we recommend ordering our Retransfer Printing service:

Card prints may also appear lighter or darker than the design that appears on your screen as we use CMYK digital printing. CMYK offers a close match but cannot match Pantone colours.

Please spell check all text and convert any text to outlines.

Please embed all images into the design.

Once printed, your card(s) will be out via Royal Mail 1st Class / Royal Mail 24. We may use a different method depending on your purchase quantity. If your design is print ready and sent promptly after checkout, we can often print & dispatch same day..
